The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and directly next to Gran Via. It was very convenient to explore the city and there was easy access to public transportation, including the metro. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the city.
Some aspects of the cleanliness were not up to par. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning, and there were visible signs of wear and tear on the furniture.

Great rooftop city view and convenient location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and cute.
The swimming pool was crowded and not very refreshing. The area was noisy and the windows didn't block out much sound.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the main attractions and there was plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed such as a washing machine, air conditioning, and a terrace with lovely garden furniture.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

I had a fantastic stay at Gran View Apartments. The location was amazing, right on Gran Via with a wonderful view. The apartment itself was clean and modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
